- It will redirect you to the M&B Plc iWelcome portal, which is looks like:
- Enter your employee ID and hit the Send password reset button.
- If you have submitted a correct login ID then:
- Your receive a password reset link to the email address provided during account activation.
Note: If you have not received the password reset link via email, check your junk folder. If still not received, make sure your submitted employee ID is correct (remove leading zeros) and re-enter. If still not received ask your GM to log i5n incident on your behalf on the Mable trainging service portal.
